The Texas Gypsies produce a sound that combines Gypsy jazz with Western swing.  With a look evocative of the 30s and 40s, they deliver their own unique take on pop and jazz standards.  Here’s Big Band swing and jazz with a Texas twist.  The basic instrumentation is two guitars, violin, and bass.  Add drums and a horn section for an even bigger sound.  It’s earthy and sophisticated music that appeals to a wide audience.
